Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. Thereafter the works shall not be carried out other than in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of this listed building. That no development shall take place until there has been submitted to, and approved in writing, by the Local Planning Authority a detailed specification of the type, design and finish of all windows (which shall be purpose made and single glazed), external doors and rainwater goods. Thereafter the development shall not be carried out other than in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of this listed building.
