Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. That before any work is undertaken in pursuance of this consent, such steps shall be taken and such works shall be carried out to secure the safety and stability of the building during the alterations, and to provide protection for the building against the weather during the progress of the works. Reason: To secure the safety and protection of the listed building. That no works shall take place until there has been submitted to, and approved in writing, by the Local Planning Authority a schedule of materials, brick bonding and finishes, with samples, for the external walls and roofs of the extension. Thereafter the works shall not be carried out other than in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of this listed building. That no works shall take place until there has been submitted to, and approved in writing, by the Local Planning Authority a detailed specification of the type, design and finish of all windows (which shall be purpose made and single glazed), doors and rainwater goods. Thereafter the works shall not be carried out other than in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of this listed building.
