That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing dwelling. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the en-suite bathroom window in the northern elevation of the extension hereby permitted shall be glazed in obscure glass prior to first occupation of the premises and shall thereafter be retained as such. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly. That the two high level bedroom windows to be inserted in the southern elevation of the extension shall have an internal cill height of not less than 1.7 metres above finished first floor level and shall thereafter be retained as such. To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
