Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

That samples of all materials to be used in the external construction and finishes of the works hereby permitted shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the works are commenced. Thereafter the materials used shall not be other than that approved. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area.

That all rainwater goods shall be constructed of cast iron. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory.

That all soil vent pipes shall be constructed of cast iron. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory.

That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows, external doors and roof lights has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory.
