Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That details of the new staircase to the first floor shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to their installation.
Reason: To safeguard the architectural and historical character of the listed building.
That a sample of the materials to be used for the roof of the new dormer window and porch shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the development is commenced.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That any new brickwork shall be pointed using a lime-based mortar mix.
Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the historic structure.
That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows, external doors and rainwater goods has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
