Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the external walls and roof of the building be constructed and finished not in accordance with the specification of materials and finishes contained in the application, but in accordance with a schedule of materials and finishes which shall first have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the natural stone to be used in the construction shall be laid with a traditional lime mortar mix and in a random rubble pattern with the joints finished with flush bagged pointing. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
