Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. That samples of all the materials to be used for the alterations to the external appearance of the building shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority in writing prior to the commencement of the works. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory. That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of the leaded light windows has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory. That no works shall take place on site until the applicant or their agent or successors in title, has secured the implementation of a scheme of detailed recording of the building concerned. This must be carried out by an archaeological/building recording consultant or organisation in accordance with a written scheme of investigation which shall first have been submitted to and agreed by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: As the building is of archaeological/historic importance.
