Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That prior to the occupation of the extension, two parking spaces shall be laid out and be retained for car parking as shown on drawing 99/77-01 . Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities. That the garage shall be used only for the storing of cars and purposes incidental to the occupation of 60 Hedgerley and shall not be adapted for living purposes or for any commercial/business purpose. Reason: To accord with the policy of the Local Planning Authority and in the interests of highway safety and convenience.
