five years from the date of this consent.
 
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
        Conservation Areas) Act 1990.

of the air conditioning units, including the routing of the pipework,
shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning
Authority prior to the commencement of any of the works hereby
permitted.
