years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of
the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
Any trees that are lost as a result of the development shall be
replaced by the planting of new trees of a species and in a position
which shall first have been agreed in writing with the Local Planning
Authority.
Reason: To help protect the amenity of the area.
