Reason: To protect the openness, visual amenity and rural character of the Oxford Green Belt.

That the site shall not be used for riding tuition purposes at any time unless planning permission has first been granted by the Local Planning Authority on a formal application in respect thereof. Reason: In the interests of highway safety and convenience.

That the manege hereby approved shall not be illuminated by external lighting at any time unless planning permission has first been granted by the Local Planning Authority on a formal application in respect thereof. Reason: To safeguard the rural character and appearance of the locality.
