Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of five years from the date of this consent. Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. That those sections of the building, as shown on the plan accompanying agent's letter dated 14 October 1999, shall be retained, including all timber trusses and the section of cob walling. Reason: To secure the retention of those parts of the building which are of historic interest. That the reinstatement of the flank wall of the adjoining listed barn shall be undertaken using reclaimed boarding to match that used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory.
