That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That samples of the materials to be used for the re-skinning of the existing utility room and for the construction of the new walls shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the natural stone to be used in the construction of the new walls shall be laid and pointed in the same manner as the walls of the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That all rainwater goods shall be constructed of cast iron. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the rooflight to be installed shall be conservation type, details of which shall first be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the dwelling shall not be occupied unless the parking space shown on plan reference P2(B) is available for parking in connection with the dwelling. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities.
