Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. That the lettering specified on all signs, hereby approved, shall not be fixed, but shall be painted directly onto the boards, and retained at all times. Reason: To safeguard the character and appearance of the Listed Building.
