Decision
Refusal of Outline Planning Permission on 29th September 1999
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the proposal would be contrary to the general, countryside and housing policies of the Oxfordshire Structure Plan 2011 (particularly policies G1, G5, EN1 and EN4) and the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan (particularly policies G1, G5, C1 and H6). The erection of a new dwelling on the site would result in the undesirable intensification of development outside the confines of any settlement and would detract from the unspoilt, rural character of the area. It is considered that there is no justification for overriding established planning policies.
