That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of
five years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That samples of all materials to be used in the external construction and
finishes of the works hereby permitted shall be submitted to and
approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before the
work is commenced.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory.
That all the new rooflights shall be conservation type and retained.

That the weatherboarding to be used for the external walls of the
garage shall be dark stained and retained.
