Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the pond hereby permitted shall be used only for the purposes specified in the application, for the personal enjoyment of the owners of the land and one sporting tenant, and shall not be used for any commercial purposes. Reason: To protect the amenity of the area. That prior to the commencement of the construction of the pond a full planting schedule for the peripheral bank and the water's edge, together with details of the deposit of surplus material shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The landscaping proposals shall be implemented as approved during the first planting season following the construction of the pond and thereafter be so maintained. In the event of any of the trees/plants dying, new trees/plants of a species first approved by the Local Planning Authority shall be re-planted within the next planting season and so maintained. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
