Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of
the type, design and external finish of all windows, rooflights,
external doors and the external staircase, has been submitted to
and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the additional living accommodation hereby permitted shall be
occupied and used only in connection with and ancillary to the occupation
and use of the existing property Pebble Brook, 149 High Street, Chalgrove
as a single dwellinghouse, as specified in the application, and shall not
be occupied or used separately therefrom.
Reason: As the separate occupation of the accommodation would represent
an undesirable sub-division of the property and result in
inadequate standards of amenity and privacy.
That parking for three cars shall be retained and maintained on the site.
Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking
standards and to protect local amenities.
That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning
(General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and
re-enacting that Order) no windows shall be constructed above ground
floor level other than those expressly authorised by this permission.
Reason: To protect the amenity of the adjoining properties
