That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the building shall be used only for the purpose specified in the application and for no other purpose whatsoever. Reason: The approved use has only been found to be acceptable in this location and other uses within the same use class may require further detailed consideration by the Local Planning Authority. That the building shall not be occupied until the area edged red on the attached plan has been laid out to provide four parking spaces within the site for vehicles to be parked off street, and such parking shall be retained thereafter for the barbershop only. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's parking standards, and to protect local amenities.
