That at the expiration of three years from the date of this permission, the use specified in the application shall be discontinued. Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development. That at the expiration of a period of three years from the date of this permission, the building shall be removed from the land and the land shall be left in a tidy and orderly state. Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development. That occupation of the dwelling shall be limited to a person wholly employed, or last employed, in the locality in agriculture as defined in Section 336(1) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, or in forestry, or a dependant of such a person residing with him or her, or a widow or widower of such a person. Reason: Because the development is justifiable only on agricultural grounds. That the mobile home shall not be occupied until the two permitted poultry houses have been erected and fully stocked. Reason: To secure the proper planning of the locality. That the mobile home shall be removed from the site upon the cessation of the poultry business.
