That having regard to its excessive height and bulk the wooden
play-castle represents an overbearing and incongruous form of
development that is detrimental to the residential amenities of
neighbouring properties and to the visual amenity of the area
generally.  As such, the proposal is contrary to policies G1, G8
and H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
