Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of
five years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That before any work is undertaken in pursuance of this consent, such
steps shall be taken and such works shall be carried out to secure the
safety and stability of the building during the alterations, and to
provide protection for the building against the weather during the
progress of the works.
Reason: To secure the safety and protection of the listed building.
That the rooflights to be installed shall be conservation style, in
accordance with details which shall first have been submitted to and
approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That prior to the commencement of the works ventilation details shall
be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the fireplace from room one shall be removed, and shall be stored
within Waterperry House, all to be in accordance with a scheme which
shall first have been submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local
Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That no works shall take place on site until the applicant has secured
the making of a detailed record of the area of the building affected
by the proposals. This must be carried out by an archaeological
building recording consultant or organisation in accordance with a
written scheme of investigation which shall first have been submitted
to and agreed by the local planning authority.
Reason: As the building is of historic importance.
