Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That a sample of the stone to be used for the wall shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority in writing before any development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the natural stone to be used for the new wall shall be laid and pointed, using lime mortar, to match the stone which has been used in the construction of the walls of the dwelling. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
