That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the natural stone to be used for the gateposts shall be the same colour, type and texture as the stone used in the construction of the adjacent walls. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the gates shall be stained dark brown and so retained and maintained. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the trees to be planted at both sides of the gates shall be planted within the first season following the erection of the gates, and so retained and maintained. In the event of any of the trees dying, they shall be replaced within the following season and so retained and maintained. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
