That the proposal would be contrary to policy G8 of the adopted South
Oxfordshire Local Plan.  Having regard to the size and bulk of the
proposed building and its proximity to the existing residential unit,
it would appear cramped and visually out of keeping as a garden
outbuilding, thereby detracting from the character of this residential
complex.  In addition there would not appear to be any need for
further garaging facilities to serve the residential unit.
