Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the manege shall be used for the personal enjoyment of the occupants of Ashwain Cottage, as specified in the application, and it shall not be used for any commercial or business use whatsoever. Reason: To protect local amenities. That the adjacent public rights of way network, in particular footpaths 24 and 40, shall be retained and protected and shall not be obstructed at any time. Reason: To protect the amenity of the locality.
