Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the building shall be used only for storage purposes in connection with the existing agricultural/retail use as specified in the application and for no other purpose whatsoever. Reason: To protect local amenities. That the building shall not be used for retail purposes or the display of goods for sale. Reason: To protect local amenities.
