Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the colour of the steel sheets and cement fibre sheets to be used
for the walls and roof of the building shall be agreed with the
Local Planning Authority in writing prior to the commencement of
development.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the building shall be used only for agricultural purposes as
set out in the application and for no other purposes whatsoever.
Reason: Because the development is justifiable only on agricultural
grounds.
That if within 10 years of the substantial completion of the building,
the use of the building for agricultural purposes permanently ceases and,
within a further 3 years, planning permission has not been granted for an
alternative use, and there is no outstanding appeal, the building shall
be demolished, the materials shall be removed from the land and the land
restored to its former condition before development took place, or to
such a condition as shall otherwise have been agreed in writing by the
Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area.
