Decision
Refusal of Planning Permission on 15th March 2000
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the site is in a rural location within the Oxford Green Belt where the siting of a residential mobile home would be an inappropriate form of development and would conflict with the overriding objective of maintaining the openness of the area. As such, and in the absence of any exceptional circumstances to justify the retention of the mobile home, the proposal is contrary to the Council's General, Countryside, Green Belt and Housing policies, particularly policies G5, GB3, H6 and H19, contained within the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
