That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That no more than fifty percent of the existing floor space shall be used for a hot food bar (A3 use) without the further grant of planning permission from the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To protect local amenities. That notwithstanding the details accompanying the application, the premises shall not be open to the public other than between the hours of 07.00 and 21.00 without the further grant of planning permission from the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To protect local amenities.
