No 49 Old Road, the proposal is considered to be an unneighbourly
and overbearing form of development. In particular it would result
in loss of light to and outlook from the bedroom window in the side
elevation of No 49 Old Road, thereby detracting from the standard
of residential amenity enjoyed by the occupiers of this property.
