That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
The windows and fascias of the building hereby permitted shall be
constructed of wood, the external surfaces of which shall be painted
to match the existing woodwork of the existing development. The
plinth courses of the garden room shall be constructed of bricks
to match those of the existing building, the details of which shall
be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority
before development commences.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
