Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. That development shall not be commenced until a professionally competent archaeological organisation, as approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, has been commissioned to carry out a full watching brief during the period of construction works. The watching brief shall preserve by record any archaeological features which may arise in the course of works and shall include archaeological excavation where necessary and the retrieval of artefactual evidence.
