extension, and to its location up to the boundary with the adjoining
property No 11 Willow Road, the proposals would result in a cramped
and unsatisfactory form of development, which would detract from
the street scene and create an undesirable precedent for further
large extensions in the area. The proposals are thereby contrary
to policy H12 of the adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan and the
Council's Design Guide for House Extensions.
