That the works hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of
five years from the date of this consent.
Reason: By virtue of Section 18 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
That works shall not begin until a detailed specification of the
type, design and external finish of the rooflights has been submitted
to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the works are satisfactory.
That the cill level of the rooflights shall be 1800mm minimum above
finished floor level.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
