That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That samples of the materials to be used for the external walls and roofs shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority before any development commences. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the weatherboarding used for the external walls of the garage/ office building shall be dark stained and retained. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the new rooflights shall be conservation type and retained. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the garage building shall be used only for purposes incidental to the enjoyment of the dwellinghouse as such, and for no other purposes whatsoever. Reason: To safeguard the character of the area. That development shall not begin until a detailed specification of the type, design and external finish of all windows and external doors has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That prior to the commencement of any development, details of the specification and design of the culvert over the stream shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of public health and to avoid pollution. That the new driveway shall be informally surfaced in accordance with details to be agreed with the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
