is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
 
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
        Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of
the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building.
 
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the new first floor window in the east (side) elevation of
the dwelling shall be inserted with a minimum cill height of
1.8 metres above finished first floor level.
 
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
