That the proposal would be contrary to policy Con 6 of the adopted
South Oxfordshire Local Plan and Government guidance in PPG 15 -
Planning and the Historic Environment. Having regard to the number,
size and prominence of the existing flat roofed dormer windows, the
addition of individual pitched roofs would exacerbate their height and
bulk, be out of keeping with and detract from this grade II curtilage
listed building and detract from the setting of the main house.
