the development in a satisfactory way, and the proposals would
result in a cramped overdevelopment of the site, lacking adequate

from the amenity of the adjoining property, 25 Lashlake Barn. The
development would thereby be contrary to policies H12 and G8 in the
adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
