and intrusive form of development which would detract from the
attractive rural character of the edge of the village and from the
appearance of the countryside which lies within an Area of Great
Landscape Value.  The proposals are thereby contrary to policies
C3, C6 and G8 in the South Oxfordshire Local Plan.
