Reason: To ensure the details of the development are carried out in accordance with the application as approved. That at the expiration of a period ending on the 30 April 2004 the building be removed from the land and the land be left in a tidy and orderly state. Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development. That the colour of the building shall not be changed without the written permission of the Chief Planning Officer. Reason: To ensure the colour is compatible with the surrounding development.
