be removed within 1 month of the completion of the extensions to the
surgery approved under planning reference P98/N0180 and the site left
in a clean and tidy condition.
Reason: In view of the temporary nature of the development.
The temporary hardsurface as described in agents letter of 24 March 1999,
shall be laid on the area of the builders compound and car park.
Reason: To provide a suitable surface for parking of vehicles.
