That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That notwithstanding the details accompanying the application, prior to
the commencement of the development, full details of the proposed
surfacing of the manege shall be submitted to and approved in
writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To help to assimilate the development into its surroundings.
That the manege shall be used for the personal enjoyment of the
occupants of Wainhill Farm, as specified in the application, and
it shall not be used for any commercial or business use whatsoever.
Reason: To protect local amenities.
That the adjacent public rights of way network shall be retained
and protected and shall not be obstructed at any time.
Reason: To protect the amenity of the locality.
