Planning Permission on 17th February 1999
Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the materials to be used for the alterations hereby approved
shall be as specified on plan ref. 01 accompanying the application.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory.
That the additional living accommodation hereby permitted shall be
occupied and used only in connection with and ancillary to the occupation
and use of the existing property 25 Wellington Street, Thame as a
single dwellinghouse, as specified in the application, and shall not
be occupied or used separately therefrom.
Reason: As the separate occupation of the accommodation would represent
an undesirable sub-division of the property and result in
inadequate standards of amenity and privacy.
That the rooflights shall be inserted with a cill height of 1.8 metres
above finished first floor level and shall be so retained.
Reason: To prevent overlooking.
That notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning
(General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking
and re-enacting that Order) no windows shall be constructed above
ground floor level other than those expressly authorised by this
permission.
Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly.
