Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the landscaping scheme for the boundary of the site with
Brimpton Cottage, set out in the landscaping plan RK Revision n
dated October 1999 shall be carried out in the first planting
and seeding seasons following the occupation of the buildings or the
completion of the development, whichever is the sooner; and any
trees or plants which within a period of 5 years from the completion
of the development die, are removed or become seriously damaged or
diseased shall be replaced in the next planting season with others
of similar size and species, unless the Local Planning Authority
gives written consent to any variation.
Reason: To help to assimilate the development into its surroundings.
That notwithstanding the landscaping details submitted for the remainder
of the site, further details to include increased planting densities,
ground levels and a programme of remedial work to existing damaged
trees shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning
Authority, prior to the occupation of the extensions hereby approved.
Reason: To help to assimilate the development into its surroundings.
That the parking provision shall be as shown on deposited drawing
reference P410.001.R. all constructed, surfaced and laid out,
retained and maintained to the satisfaction of the Local Planning
Authority.
Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle
parking standards and to protect local amenities.
That the service yard layout shall be as shown on drawing reference
P410.044.H. to include the provision of a pair of 5-bar gates in the
position shown on the plan.
Reason: To secure the proper planning of the locality.
