That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That the materials to be used for the external walls and roof shall be of the same colour, type and texture as those used on the existing building. Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactory. That the rear first floor extension shall be implemented only as part of a joint extension between numbers 7 and 9 Gidley Way, Horspath, as shown on plans reference 98/06082/11b, 12b and 13. Reason: To ensure that the development is not unneighbourly. That three parking spaces shall be retained and maintained within the site. Reason: To comply with the Local Planning Authority's vehicle parking standards and to protect local amenities.
