Conditions / Refusal Reasons
That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five
years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition
is not complied with this permission shall lapse.
Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning
Act 1990.
That the external walls of the tower and cabin shall be colour coated
olive drab green before the first use and occupation of the buildings.
Reason: To ensure that the details of the development are satisfactroy.
That within six months of the cessation of use the radar its support
tower and equipment cabin shall be removed from the site. Written
notice shall be given to the Local Planning Authority within one
month of the cessation of use of equipment.
Reason: To safeguard the character of the area.
