That written notification shall be given to the Local Planning Authority of the masts hereby permitted becoming operational and the existing mast shall be removed within one month of this notification. Reason: To avoid the proliferation of masts in this area and to safeguard the character of the area. That within six months of cessation of their use for telecommunications purposes any equipment including the mast shall be removed from the site. Written notice shall be given to the Local Planning Authority within one month of the ceassation of use of any equipment. Reason: To avoid the proliferation of masts in this area and to safeguard the character of the area.
