of development which would be detrimental to the special landscape
character and appearance of the North Wessex Downs Area of Outstanding
Natural Beauty contrary to policies G1, G15, C1 and C2 of the Council's
adopted South Oxfordshire Local Plan which seek to protect the District's
countryside from inappropriate developments and to conserve and enhance
the natural beauty and special landscape character of Areas of Outstanding
Natural Beauty.
