That the development must be begun not later than the expiration of five years beginning with the date of this permission and if this condition is not complied with this permission shall lapse. Reason: By virtue of Sections 91 to 95 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. That within six months of cessation of their use for telecommunications purposes any equipment including the mast shall be removed from the site. Written notice shall be given to the Local Planning Authority within one month of the cessation of use of any equipment. Reason: In order to avoid the proliferation of masts in this area and to safeguard the character of the area.
